Prices are indicated in euros (€).
They do not include shipping costs, which are added during checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but products are charged based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

An order is only considered valid after payment confirmation.

Céramique Sous le Cerisier reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

6. Delivery

Products are shipped from France.
Carriers may vary (Colissimo, parcel shops, private carriers, etc.) and are indicated at the time of order.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier. Reasonable delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6.2 Risk transfer

7. Damaged items on delivery

Due to the fragility of ceramics, the buyer must:

1. Inspect the package in front of the carrier (home delivery) or at the pick-up point..
2. In case of visible damage or suspected breakage:
   • Make precise, dated, and signed written notes on the delivery slip,
   • Refuse the package if necessary.
3. Send to contact@ceramiquesouslecerisier.comwithin 48 hours of receipt:
   • photos of the exterior of the package,
   • photos of the interior and protective materials,
   • photos of the broken item,
   • copy of the carrier’s notes.

7.1 Conditions for handling claims

Replacement or refund is only possible if all the above conditions are strictly respected..

Without precise written notes at delivery, no claim can be processed.

7.2 Options

In case of confirmed breakage and after receiving valid evidence,Céramique Sous le Cerisier may:

• fully refund the item (option chosen by the seller),
• or offer a replacement piece if available.

8. Right of withdrawal (most restrictive version under law)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
